Bleach Free Forever

What steps should I take before teeth whitening?

You will begin qualification for the whitening process when you come in for a complete dental evaluation, any necessary x-rays, and a cleaning. First, we’ll make sure a simple cleaning is all you need. Some patients need a little catch up with their gum health before they can start whitening their teeth, but if a cleaning is all that’s necessary, we will usually be able to complete that the same appointment. And don’t worry, we’ll be with you through the whole process. Then your gums will be healthy and your teeth cleaned and better prepared for our whitening treatment.

Before and After Tooth Whitening
Emergency Dental Patients

Dental discomfort or infection, Esthetic emergencies such as Fractured front tooth, Front crown loss, Broken front denture tooth, or any other urgent concern.

Our office sees new patient emergencies during our regular work week schedule. However, if you are a patient of record of this office and during non-office hours you have a concern that cannot wait until the next business day, please call 336-768-3474 for information on how to reach the dentist on call.

Digital Impressions

Are there alternatives to bothersome teeth impressions?

You hate gagging on the gross-tasting rubber-like substance they make you bite during a traditional impression. That’s why our digital impressions are all about making your visit more pleasant. You’ll get a better-fitting dental solution without all the discomfort!

Procedures

General Restorative and Preventive Dentistry, including: Implants, Bite Guards, Crowns, Bridges, Veneers, Dentures and Partial Dentures, Invisalign Orthodontics, root canals, gum and periodontal therapies.

Bite Guards

Do you often awake in the morning, or even in the middle of the night with the sense that maybe you have been clenching your jaws?

Dentists will often say “Fixed Bridgework” so there is no confusion with removable partials and dentures, since some may call the latter two “removable bridges” – which may cause some confusion.

Not very long ago, when someone lost a tooth or teeth that often meant there was a (fixed) bridge or a removable partial denture in store for that patient to maintain esthetics and / or chewing ability.

Gum disease

Dentists call it Periodontal Disease. Often it is painless until the damage to the supporting structures of your teeth is far and wide.

Intraoral Camera

The intraoral camera is probably the most commented on and complimented piece of equipment in the dental office.

Porcelain veneers

Do you want to transform you smile fast, yet want minimal alteration to your teeth? Then Porcelain Veneers may be for you!

Second Opinions are Complimentary

We are happy to provide this service so you can feel good about the choices you make with your dental care.

The doctor will see you for about 5 to 10 minutes for a brief visual examination regarding your concern. We will give you the best information and feedback as is possible in the context of the limited nature of our brief visual examination.
